How do I place an order?

Click “Order Yours” and complete the order form with your pet’s photo and name. We’ll take care of the rest.

What photo should I send?

A clear, well-lit photo of your pet facing the camera works best. The higher the quality, the better the portrait.

How long does it take?

Your tote bag will be created and shipped within 7–10 business days.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide from London.

Can I request changes to my portrait?

Each portrait is reviewed before printing. If something doesn’t feel right, we’ll work with you to get it perfect.

Is my tote bag unique?

Yes. Every portrait is created once, for one person. We never repeat a design.

What is the Certificate of Authenticity?

Every H911 Atelier piece comes with a digital certificate confirming your portrait is an original, signed work.

What is your return policy?

Because each piece is custom-made for you, we do not accept returns. However, if there’s a quality issue, we’ll make it right.
